Projects can be created within the Dashboard view. Simply click on the "Add Project" button to the top right of the Dashboard, and follow the 3 simple steps: 1) Name your project and upload a thumbnail image (optional); 2) Create Boards, and 3) Add Project Team Members.
You can also create a new project instantly using your email client to send an email to Volerro. Simply compose an email, include the members you want in the project, attach any relevant content, and email to email@example.com.
The email’s subject field will become the title of the Project in Volerro. Any files attached to the email will populate a “Files” board within the project. And anyone listed in the “To” or “CC” fields will automatically be sent invitations to the project within Volerro.
Project name, board name and members can all be edited within Volerro.
At the point of creating a project, you have the option of marking it “Private.” A Private Project means that only the Project owner (creator) can invite members to the Project and invite members to boards. A Private Project is signified by the red circle and the word “private” over its thumbnail image within the dashboard.
Project Owner information can be found in two places:
1) listed underneath the Project on the Dashboard view, inclusive of their profile photo and company name; and
2) within a Project, via the “View All Members” link at the top right of the screen.
Clicking on “View All Members” will open a window providing you the Project owner photo and name listed at the top and denoted with a green circle around his/her picture, followed by a listing of all project members.
