Detailed file information and implementation of file tags are located at the bottom of the screen while in full screen view. Note the small green arrow located at the bottom of the screen. If you hover over the arrow, you’ll see the text “show detailed information.” Clicking on the arrow opens up the information and tagging area. Detailed information includes: file name, mime type, file size, creation date, and last modified date, number of views, number of downloads.
The “Tags” field can be used to assign general and/or specific identifiers to aid in searching and locating the file within Volerro.
If older versions of the file exist, for example, if a file has been replaced, they would be available at the bottom of the detailed information area. Older file versions may be viewed or downloaded, but not annotated or commented on. To “hide detailed information,” just click on the green arrow.
To Search for content in Volerro, enter key words into the search field. Volerro implements a search against keywords, for example file names, tags, etc., and against actual text content of files themselves. Results are displayed in a table to view and select from.
Volerro’s Advanced Search allows you to define one or more criteria to search against including tags, text content of files, file type, project, and last modified date.
